Men of Authority – 2026
Welcome to Men of Authority!
Men of Authority is more than just a monthly meeting—it’s a place for guys to connect, grow, laugh, and be encouraged in their walk with Christ. Whether you’re brand new to church or have been following Jesus for years, this group is designed to help men build authentic relationships and grow spiritually in a relaxed, fun, and encouraging environment.
Each month we gather to share a meal, worship together, and hear a practical devotional that challenges us to live out our faith. We often take on a monthly reading assignment so we can work through books of the Bible together and have meaningful discussion. Around the table, we share our “highs and lows”—the best and hardest parts of life since we last met—so no one has to walk life alone.
And yes… we have plenty of fun too. You’ll find games like pool, foosball, and cornhole going all night. We play poker (not for money—just for bragging rights), hang out, laugh a lot, and enjoy real fellowship.
Beyond our monthly meetings, we also:
- Attend the Legacy Men’s Conference each March with other Georgia Assemblies of God churches
- Host an annual Fall Men’s Retreat
- Plan fun outings like Topgolf, baseball games, and other guy-friendly events
Men of Authority is about growing in faith, building friendships, and becoming the men God has called us to be.
