Game Day Sunday Is Coming to Cornerstone!
Get ready to represent your team, enjoy a great Sunday together, and have a little fun while we’re at it! Game Day Sunday is happening September 27 at Cornerstone Assembly, and we want you to be part of it.
Wear your favorite team colors, jersey, hat, or game-day gear and join us for our 10:30 AM worship service. Whether you’re pulling for Georgia, Clemson, South Carolina, the Falcons, the Braves, or somebody we’ll try not to hold against you, come ready to represent!
We’re also excited to welcome Christopher and Ashley Reed from UGA Chi Alpha as our special guests. Christopher and Ashley are serving on the front lines of college ministry, reaching students with the Gospel and helping young adults become lifelong followers of Jesus. We’re looking forward to hearing what God is doing through their ministry and being challenged and encouraged by what they share.
And because it wouldn’t be Game Day without food, we’ll have a cookout following the service! Stick around, grab something to eat, spend some time with your Cornerstone family, and enjoy the afternoon together.
Game Day Sunday is also a great opportunity to invite somebody to church. Maybe you have a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member who hasn’t been to Cornerstone before. Tell them to throw on their favorite team gear and come with you. It’s going to be a relaxed, fun Sunday and a great chance to experience what Cornerstone is all about.
